POSITION: LEAD HVAC INSTALLER

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience (project mgmt experience a plus)

• Clean driving record

• Able to pass full background check

• Maintains safe working environment (PPE, proper lifting procedures, MSDS, etc.)

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

• Follow company procedures for safety, procurement, invoicing, job measures, etc.

• Utilizes good communication skills

Scope of work:

• Install all types of air conveying duct for air conditioning, exhaust, fresh air, etc.

• Install balancing dampers, barometric dampers, fire dampers, and other air control dampers

• Install split systems, package equipment, evaporative coolers, exhaust fans, ductless systems

• Replace existing systems

• Braze, pressure test, and find leaks in copper refrigerant lines

• Install low voltage control systems

• Connect equipment to high voltage power supply

• Perform quality control audits

• Maintain truck stock and manage jobsite materials

• File paperwork correctly with office

• Communicate with customers

• Coordinate work schedules to complete projects in a timely manner

POSITION: EXPERIENCED HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Job Requirements:

• Education: Completion of HVAC or HVAC-R training or apprenticeship program (Preferred but not required)

• Experience: Appropriate certifications and/or licensures with 3-5 years of related experience

• Clean driving record

• Able to pass full background check

• Maintains safe working environment (PPE, proper lifting procedures, MSDS, etc.)

• Follow company procedures for safety, procurement, invoicing, job measures, etc.

• Utilizes good communication skills

Scope of work:

• Inspects HVAC-R systems.

• Performs regularly scheduled maintenance on HVAC-R systems.

• Installs HVAC-R systems.

• Diagnoses and correct problems in HVAC-R systems.

• Tests electrical circuits and components for continuity.

• Tests pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks.

• Joins pipes or tubing to equipment and to fuel, water, or refrigerant source.

• Reassembles and tests equipment following repairs.

• Repairs or replaces defective equipment, components, or wiring.

• Obtains and maintains required certifications.

• Installs, connects, and adjust thermostats, humidistats and timers.

• Complies with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area.

• Inspects and tests HVAC-R systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications and to detect and locate malfunctions.
